Each CD in this 2CD set contains three 10-minute guided relaxation programs led by Dr. Eva Selhub. Dr. Selhub is an author, lecturer, clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School , and the medical director of the Henry Benson Institute for Mind/Body Medicine, where she works in concert with best-selling author and researcher Dr. Herbert Benson.nbsp;In each of these six guided program Dr. Selhub combines vivid imagery, breathing techniques, and her own proven processes to masterfully bring listeners to a place where they can let go of tensions and apprehensions and embrace love, balance, and joy.
